Olivia Rodrigo's inaugural Daisy Chain Fields festival raised $10 million for women-focused nonprofits — and then Melinda French Gates doubled it to $20 million with a matching commitment. The philanthropist said "what Daisy Chain Fields sets in motion will last far beyond a single night," per Rolling Stone.

The all-women lineup delivered on star power, too. Rodrigo closed her set by bringing out Stevie Nicks, Alanis Morissette, and Sarah McLachlan — a surprise that reportedly left Nicks "awestruck," per Vulture. For a first-year festival, that's both the haul and the headline — and a very high bar for year two.
