Billy Joel broke his silence about the brain disorder that pulled him off the road. He's living with hydrocephalus, he told The Hollywood Reporter -- and his neurologist won't let him drive. He's also parting with more than 70 prized motorcycles, which head to auction at Christie's.

Joel stepped away from the stage after his diagnosis, and a return isn't guaranteed. He may never perform again. But he's still holding out hope. "I'm not allowed to drive," he shared with Rolling Stone, which makes riding impossible too. For the Piano Man, selling the bikes closes a chapter -- one he clearly loved.
