A Tennessee judge granted Dolly Parton's estate a temporary restraining order Wednesday against nephew Bryan Seaver, the late icon's fired head of security, Rolling Stone reports. Parton's longtime manager alleges Seaver sent "terrorizing" texts and threatened to "destroy the entire brand," per the filing detailed by Variety. A full hearing -- where all this gets sorted -- is set for Oct. 7.

The family, meanwhile, insists this isn't a money war. Dolly's sister Freida Parton posted on Instagram that "no one among the Parton/Owens family is fighting over Dolly's estate," declaring "there is no feud," per Billboard. Whether the order sticks now rests with the October courtroom.
