Ariana Grande Sues Hackers Over Leaked Music
The pop star files suit to unmask the 'wrongdoers' behind hundreds of alleged leaks.

Ariana Grande is taking anonymous hackers to court, filing a lawsuit over what she calls "unlawful and egregious" leaks of her unreleased music. The suit says 45 unreleased songs hit the internet in 2023 alone -- allegedly via backdoor access to collaborators' devices -- along with stolen photos and video footage, Rolling Stone reports.
Grande says she has faced hundreds of leaks and is using legal action to unmask "wrongdoers who hide in the shadows," per Billboard. It's a rare, aggressive move for an A-lister. Most stars just grumble privately while their demos circulate. If the suit succeeds in unmasking the hackers, expect other artists to follow her straight to the courthouse.
