Michael Douglas Confirms Secret Kathleen Turner Affair

Michael Douglas has finally spilled it. In an excerpt from his memoir "One Helluva Ride," out October 6, Douglas confesses he and Kathleen Turner were secret lovers during production of the 1984 film "Romancing the Stone." The pair spent four decades denying any romance. Now Douglas admits the short-lived on-set fling was real all along, per the Mirror.

Turner delivered the same-day second act, reacting with a perfectly on-brand "good heavens" when The Hollywood Reporter shared the news. The co-stars sparked rumors for 40 years and batted every one away. The memoir hits shelves Tuesday. And Hollywood's worst-kept maybe-secret is officially on the record — straight from the man himself.
